中国高端服务业集聚效应和产业控制力关系分析

Agglomeration Effect and Controlling Power of China High-End Service Industry: A Correlation Analysis

在经济全球化的大背景下,每个国家都参与到国际化大分工中,由于发展水平的不同而处于价值链的不同环节。文章通过研究中国高端服务业的集聚机理和产业控制力,发现不同高端服务业的产业集聚效应是不同的,同时产业集聚效应和产业控制力之间呈现正相关关系。中国应该通过各种途径扩大产业控制力,形成高端服务业的产业集聚,逐渐提升中国在全球价值链上的地位,提高国际竞争力,如进一步优化城市功能,加大科技创新投入,对外开放等。

In the background of economic globalization, all countries get involved in the international division of labor. However, they are at different sections along the value chain due to different development levels they are at. Based on the study of the agglomeration mechanism of China＇s high-end service industry and its controlling power, this paper comes to the conclusion that the agglomeration effects of different high-end service sector subdivisions are different, and that agglomeration effect of the industry and its controlling power are positively correlated. Therefore, China should take measures, e.g. investing more in technological innovation, opening more to the outside world, and improving urban functions, etc., to strengthen the controlling power of high-end services and to promote the industry agglomeration. With these measures, China will gradually reach the upstream part along the global value chain, thus enhancing its competitiveness in the world.
