现代学徒制学徒生存状况调查及对策——以广州番禺职业技术学院百果园学院为例

Modern Apprenticeship and Apprentices' Living Conditions: Investigation and Suggestions

通过调查问卷对首批现代学徒制人才培养试点单位——广州番禺职业技术学院百果园学院学徒生存状况进行调查。结果显示,学徒对现代学徒制的认同度较好,但仍需持续宣传与及时引导;学徒对专业教育和实践技能的学习普遍满意,但仍要求增加在校学习时间;学徒对企业薪酬福利待遇总体满意度较高,但对"五险一金"等用工保障方面诉求强烈。因此应大力宣传现代学徒制,增强学徒身份认同感;明确学徒法律地位,积极保障学徒权益;增强学徒职业意识,提高人才培养成效。

This paper, using questionnaires, makes an investigation of the living conditions of the apprentices who are from Baiguoyuan School of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic, which is one of the first pilot units implementing apprenticeship. The investigation shows the following three findings： most apprentices highly approve of apprenticeship system, but the advantages of apprenticeship should be given more publicity to and students should be guided to accept apprenticeship from the inside; apprentices are generally satisfied with their professional education and practical skill training, but they want to spend more time studying on campus; apprentices are generally satisfied with their incomes and fringe benefits, but they demand the same social security as fulltime employees such as insurances and housing fund. Therefore, modern apprenticeships should be advocated more greatly to promote professional cognition from apprentices; the legal status and rights of apprentices should be clearly defined by laws; apprentices＇ professional awareness should be improved and more desirable results concerning training professionals should be achieved.
