多元主体视角下中高职衔接人才培养体系研究 被引量:7

摘要 中高职衔接是构建现代职业教育体系的重要方式,是促进我国现代职业教育体系更快更深层次发展的重要路径之一。伴随着我国职业教育事业快速发展,我国职业教育人才培养工作主体呈现多元化趋势,技术技能型人才的培养有赖于各级政府、高职院校、中职学校和用人单位携手合作。文章对中高职衔接人才培养体系中不同主体应有的功能进行阐述,对多元主体在中高职衔接人才培养体系中功能发挥状况进行探讨,提出了多元主体中高职衔接人才培养体系的构建思路,意在促进中高职衔接人才培养工作顺利开展。 It is a general trend and a significant change of China's vocational education system to integrate secondary and higher vocational education. The change will speed up in-depth development of China' s vocational education, which guarantees to train more technical and skilled professionals but calls for the involvement of several parties including governments at all levels, secondary and higher vocational schools, and employers. This paper first elaborates on the functions and roles of the parties involved, and then discusses the construction of the training system of the integration.
