摘要
公共体育服务的发展,关系到国家与社会发展的直接或间接利益,在我国经济现代化发展进程中具有重要战略意义。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、市场调查法、逻辑分析等方法对我国公共体育服务的供给困境问题进行了深入分析和系统的总结,以我国公共体育服务的理论与实践为背景,以体育强国为核心,系统揭示了我国公共体育服务供给层面的发展现状、困境、服务型政府理念的转变、服务体系的构建和发展方式的转型等系列问题。并依据深入的理论研究和翔实的资料数据,以"深化改革,开拓创新,公众体育需求多元化"为视角,对解决我国公共体育服务供给困境的对策进行了客观的表述和分析。
The development of public sports services can relate to the interests of our national and social development, and it is of great strategic significance in the process of Chinese economic modernization. In this paper, the method of documentary, expert interview, market research and logic analysis are used to deeply analyze and systematic summarize those supply dilemmas of Chinese public sports service. Based on the theory and practice of public sports service in China, sports power as its key point, the system reveals some problems such as the development situation status, dilemma, transformation of service-oriented government＇s concept, construction of service system and transformation of development mode of supply on Chinese public sports service. Moreover,according to theoretical research and informative data, and the perspective of ＂deep reformation, exploration and innovation, diversify demand towards public sports＂ to make a detailed statement and analysis on strategies of supply dilemma of public sports service in China.
