克唑替尼与化疗治疗ALK阳性晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of crizotinib and chemotherapy in the treatment of ALK positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的:探讨克唑替尼与化疗治疗ALK阳性晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法:收治ALK阳性晚期非小细胞肺癌患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用化疗治疗,试验组采用克唑替尼治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率和生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:克唑替尼治疗ALK阳性晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of crizotinib and chemotherapy in the treatment of ALK positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:60 patients with ALK positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with crizotinib.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the effective rate and the quality of life score were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of crizotinib in the treatment of ALK positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer was significant.
