麦默通微创旋切术与传统切开手术运用在乳腺肿物治疗中的临床疗效比较

Comparison of the clinical curative effect of mammotome minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of breast tumor

目的:探讨麦默通微创旋切术与传统切开手术治疗乳腺肿物的临床疗效。方法:收治乳腺肿物患者151例,分为对照组与研究组。对照组采用传统切开手术治疗,研究组采用麦默通微创旋切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组的出血量、瘢痕长度、住院时间、愈合时间和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺肿物的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of mammotome minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of breast tumor.Methods:151 patients with breast tumor were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated by traditional open surgery,and the study group was treated by mammotome minimally invasive surgery.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the amount of bleeding,scar length,length of stay,healing time and complication rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of mammotome minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of breast tumor was significant.
