右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼对泌尿外科腔镜手术患者术后多模式镇痛效果观察

Multimodal analgesia effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on patients undergoing endoscopic surgery in the department of urology

目的:探讨α_2受体激动剂对泌尿外科腔镜手术患者术后镇痛效果。方法:收治泌尿外科腔镜术后疼痛患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组术后使用舒芬太尼镇痛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合右美托咪定镇痛。结果:观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组精神状态指数、生理健康指数、整体健康水平均明显高于对照组,疼痛指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者术后镇痛效果确切,且能尽早恢复患者的精神状态。

Objective:To investigate the analgesic effect of α_2 receptor agonist on patients undergoing endoscopic surgery in the department of urology.Methods:60 patients with pain after endoscopic surgery in the department of urology were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received postoperative analgesia with sufentanil,and the observation group were treated with dexmedetomidine based on the treatment given in the control group.Results:The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the mental state index,physical health index and overall health levels in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group,and the pain index was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in laparoscopic surgery for patients with postoperative analgesia has accurately effect,and it can restore the patient's mental status as soon as possible.
