盐酸达克罗宁在气管插管全麻术中的应用

Application of dyclonine hydrochloride in general anesthesia of tracheal intubation

目的:探讨盐酸达克罗宁涂抹气管导管对全麻插管血流动力学、术后耐管性和咽喉舒适度的影响。方法:收治行气管插管全身麻醉患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组用盐酸达克罗宁胶浆涂抹气管导管,对照组用石蜡油涂抹导管。结果:观察组拔管时心率、血压及拔管苏醒期SAS和VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸达克罗宁涂抹气管导管前1/3可有效减少术后血流动力学波动,提高患者耐受性,控制术后咽喉疼痛。

Objective:To investigate the effect of dyclonine hydrochloride trachea catheter on hemodynamics,postoperative tube resistance and throat comfort in general anesthesia.Methods:60 patients undergoing general anesthesia of trachea intubation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with dyclonine hydrochloride mucllage trachea catheter,and the control group was coated with paraffin oil catheter.Results:The heart rate,blood pressure and extubation SAS and VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dyclonine hydrochloride in 1/3 before tracheal intubation can reduce postoperative hemodynamic fluctuations effectively,improve patient tolerance,and control postoperative sore throat.
