针灸联合西药治疗肩周炎的疗效对比研究

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的:探讨中医针灸治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:收治肩周炎患者66例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率、复发率和治疗后生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗基础上,给予肩周炎患者针灸治疗,可有效改善肩关节功能,缓解疼痛。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:66 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group added Chinese acupuncture on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate,relapse rate and quality of life scores after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese acupuncture on the basis of western medicine for patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis can effectively improve the shoulder joint activity and ease pain.
