川崎病合并肺炎支原体感染儿童的临床分析

Clinical analysis of children with Kawasaki disease complicated with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

目的:探讨川崎病(KD)与肺炎支原体(MP)感染的相互联系。方法:收治KD患儿130例,分为MP感染组和无MP感染组,比较两组临床资料。结果:MP感染组中,hs-CRP、ESR、热程和CAL发生率均高于无MP感染组。结论:KD的产生可能与MP的感染存在一定联系,合并MP感染的KD患儿炎症指标较高,冠脉损害多见。

Objective:To investigate the interrelation of Kawasaki disease and mycoplasma pneumonia infection.Methods:130 children with KD were selected.They were divided into the MP infection group and the no MP infection group.We compared the clinical data of two groups.Results:In the MP infection group,The hs-CRP,ESR,fever process and incidence of CAL were higher than those of the no MP infection.Conclusion:The production of KD may be related to the infection of MP,inflammatory indicators of children with Kawasaki disease complicated with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were higher,and coronary lesions were more common.
