糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测对2型糖尿病的诊断作用

Diagnostic role of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids detection for type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测对2型糖尿病的诊断作用。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者100例作为观察组,选择健康体检人员100例作为对照组,均进行糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测。结果:观察组糖化血红蛋白、TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著高于对照组,HDL-C水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测在2型糖尿病诊断中具有显著的临床价值。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic role of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids detection for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the observation group.100 healthy persons were selected as the control group.All patients underwent glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids detection.Results:In the observation group,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly higher than the control group,and the level of HDL-C was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid test had significant clinical value in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
