老年慢阻肺患者的康复护理及施行效果观察

Observation on the rehabilitation nursing and treatment effect on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨促进老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者康复的有效护理方法。方法:收治老年慢阻肺患者200例,按照随机数表法分为护理组和对照组,各_100例。对照组给予常规护理,护理组给予综合性康复护理。结果:护理组的FVC、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC、BR各项指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为老年慢阻肺患者提供积极、合理的康复护理,能够有效增强患者的肺功能,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effective nursing methods for the rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:200 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the nursing group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing,and the nursing group were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.Results:The indexes of FVC,FEV_1,FEV_1/FVC and BR in the nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing positive and reasonable rehabilitation nursing for the elderly COPD patients can effectively enhance the lung function and improve the quality of patients life.
