探讨心血管内科临床护理工作的风险因素及预防措施

Exploration on the risk factors and preventive measures in clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine

目的:对心血管内科护理工作当中存在的风险因素进行分析,并探讨相应的防控措施。方法:收治患者136例,对患者的临床资料进行分析,探讨存在的风险因素,并给出相应的预防措施。结果:在本次研究的全部患者当中,出现护理风险事件的18例(13.24%)。护理风险事件主要包含错换液体、意外伤害、检测错误等。心血管内科临床护理工作存在的风险因素包含患者本身、患者家属、护理人员、设备和药物等。结论:由于心血管内科接收患者的特殊性,使得护理工作风险较大,护理工作的风险因素包含患者本人、患者家属、设备药物等。应做好心血管内科临床护理过程中的风险控制工作。

Objective:To analyze the risk factors in the nursing of cardiovascular medicine,and to discuss the corresponding prevention and control measures.Methods:136 patients were selected.The clinical data of the patients were analyzed,the risk factors were discussed,and the corresponding preventive measures were given.Results:Among all the patients in the study,18 cases(13.24%)of the nursing risk events occurred.The nursing risk events mainly include wrong liquid change,accidental injury,detection error and so on.The risk factors in the clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine include the patients themselves,the patients,their families,nurses,equipment and drugs.Conclusion:Because of the particularity of patients receiving cardiovascular medicine,the risk of nursing is great,the risk factors of nursing work include the patient himself,the patient's family,equipment,drugs and so on.The risk control in the clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine should be done well.
