儿科重症监护病房的护理安全因素分析及防范措施

Analysis of nursing safety factors and preventive measures in pediatric intensive care unit

目的:探讨儿科重症监护病房的护理安全因素及防范措施。方法:收治PICU患儿88例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合不安全因素防范护理。结果:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在PICU中,护理危险因素诸多,采取针对性预防干预措施,能够提高护理质量,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the nursing safety factors and preventive measures in pediatric intensive care unit.Methods:88 PICU children were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was treated with unsafe factors to prevent the nursing.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction degree of the nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In PICU,there are many nursing risk factors,and the targeted preventive intervention measures can improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve satisfaction.
