摘要
目的:探讨目标管理教学法应用于内科教学的效果及各项要求。方法:选择临床医学专业学生90例,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用传统的常规教学法,研究组采用目标管理教学法,比较两组学习效果。结果:研究组的整体学习效果与学习满意情况均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在内科教学中应用目标管理教学法,可提高学生学习效果,对学生的发展具有重要作用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of target management teaching method in internal medicine teaching and implementation requirements.Methods:90 students in clinical medicine specialty were selected and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was given traditional routine teaching method,and the study group was given target management teaching method.We compared the learning effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the overall learning effect and satisfaction with learning outcomes were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of target management teaching method in internal medicine teaching can improve students' learning effect,and it played an important role in students' development.
