眼科手术心电监测及眼心反射预防的观察

Electrocardiogram monitoring and prevention of ocular reflex in ophthalmic surgery

目的观察眼科手术患者眼心反射情况,探究心电监测对预防患者眼心反射情况的效果,深入分析眼科手术患者眼心反射情况以及心电监测对预防患者眼心反射情况。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月-2015年1月期间收治的42例眼科手术患者的临床资料,所有患者均给予心电监测,观察患者心电图表现、眼心反射阳性心电图改变情况等。结果对比术前使用阿托品的患者,术前未使用阿托品的患者发生眼心反射概率明显更高,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用心电监测可以有效预防眼科手术患者出现眼心反射,可及时发现心电图改变,已经初步达到研究的目的,可获得理想的临床效果,值得临床推荐。

Objective To explore effect of electrocardiogram （ECG） monitoring to prevent eye heart refex in patients with the situation, in-depth analysis of patients with ophthalmic surgery, oculocardiac refex and ECG monitoring to prevent eye heart refex in patients. Methods Retrospective analysis clinical data of 42 cases of eye surgery patients admitted from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, all patients were given ECG monitoring, observation of patients with ECG, oculocardiac refex positive ECG changes. Results The inci-dence of ocular heart refex was signifcantly higher in patients who did not use atropine before surgery. There was signifcant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ECG monitoring can effectively prevent ophthalmic surgery patients with eye heart refex, and detect ECG changes. The purpose of the study has been preliminarily achieved, and the ideal clinical effect can be obtained, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
