摘要
目的:探讨分析观察雾化联合用药治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染引发的哮喘的疗效。方法:随机选取我院2013年12月—2016年12月期间收治的100例急性上呼吸道感染引发的哮喘患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组患儿给予常规抗菌及止咳化痰药物治疗,观察组患儿则在对照组用药基础上给予雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果:观察组在治疗后总有效率比对照组明显更高(P<0.05);且在肺部音消失时间、症状消失时间及住院时间上比较,观察组亦明显比对照组低(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应,组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对小儿急性上呼吸道感染引发哮喘的治疗采用雾化联合用药治疗能够有效提升治疗效果,更利于患儿临床症状的改善,促进患儿恢复效率的提高,同时还具有较高的安全性,临床应用意义重大,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the ef?cacy of nebulization combined with drugs in the treatment of asthma caused by acute upper respiratory tract infection in children. Methods: We randomly selected 100 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection who were admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. There were 50 patients in each group. Children in the control group were treated with routine antibiotics and expectorant drugs. The children in the observation group were given aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: In the observation group, the total effective rate of the observation group was signi?cantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05); It was also compared with the time of disappearance of pulmonary sounds, the time of symptom disappearance and the length of stay. The observation group was also signi?cantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment (P〉0.05). Conclusion: For the treatment of asthma caused by acute upper respiratory tract infection in children, nebulization combined therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect. And it is more conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms of children. Promote the recovery ef?ciency of children. At the same time, it also has high safety, and is of great clinical signi?cance, thus it is worth popularizing.
