摘要
医改政策不断变化,医院发展亟待转型,应由规模发展走向精细化管理发展之路,绩效是驱动医院发展转型的重要工具。目前国内大多数医院仍以收减支计算奖金,并以此作为绩效工资之概念,造成认识不清等问题,阻碍了医院的长远发展。该文通过绩效概念解析,总结当前现状,并对绩效进行初步设计,澄清绩效认识之误区。
Medical reform policy is changing, the hospital development needs to be transformed, from the scale of development to the development of fine management, and performance is an important tool to drive the development of the hospital.At present, most hospitals in China still calculate the bonus as a performance pay, and regard it as the concept of performance pay, resulting in unclear knowledge and other issues, hindering the long-term development of the hospital, this paper tries to analyze the performance concept, sums up the current situation, and implement preliminary design, so as to clarify the misunderstanding of performance.
