摘要
目的评价多元化教学模式在护理综合实训的教学效果。方法 2015年2—6月,以2013级护理大专4个班级的247名学生作为研究对象,将每个班级学生随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用多元化教学模式。课程教学结束后,通过考试成绩和护生自主学习能力问卷,评价多元化教学模式的教学效果。结果实验组理论、操作成绩都明显高于相应的对照组(P<0.01),实验组自主学习能力得分各项均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理综合实训课程教学中采用多元化教学模式有助于学生学习成绩和自主学习能力的提高。
Objective This paper tries to evaluate the teaching effect of diversified teaching mode in nursing comprehensive training. Methods From Februaty to June 2015,Taking 247 nursing college students of 4 classes of 2013 as the research objects, each class students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the control group used the traditional teaching mode, and the experimental group adopted the diversified teaching mode. At the end of the course, through the test scores and the nursing students' autonomous learning ability questionnaire, the evaluation of the teaching effect of diversified teaching mode was carried out. Results The theory and operation performance in the experimental group were significantly higher than the corresponding control group(P〈0.01), and the autonomous learning ability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Diversified teaching mode is helpful to the improvement of students' learning ability and autonomous learning ability in the teaching of nursing comprehensive training course.
