健康教育对提高骨科住院患者护理满意度的研究分析

Investigation and Analysis of Nursing Satisfaction of Health Education in Department of Orthopedics

目的研究健康教育对骨科住院患者护理满意度的影响情况。方法以该院骨科2015年1月—2017年1月收治的住院患者为研究对象,共有150例。按照随机的方式将患者分成观察组和对照组。其中对照组给予常规护理,不采用健康教育。观察组在此基础上加用健康教育。对比分析两组患者的护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为92.00%,对照组为78.67%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科住院患者实施健康教育,有助于提高骨科住院患者的护理满意度。

Objective This paper tries to study the effect of education health on the nursing satisfaction of patients with orthopedics. Methods A total of 150 patients admitted in this hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were studied. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given regular care without health education. The observation group added health education. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction was 92.00% in the observation group and 78.67% in the control group, and that of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion It is helpful to promote the nursing satisfaction of orthopaedic patients by health education and it is worthy of promotion and application.
