妇科护理安全隐患及主要应对策略研究

许多医院虽然对于妇科护理给予了极大关注,并不断改善护理条件,可是仍有着不少潜在的安全隐患,对护理安全产生很大的威胁,易于引起安全问题,使得医患之间会出现护患纷争。妇科护理过程中常见的护理安全隐患是机械性损伤、药物性损伤、患者身心状况变化而引起的安全隐患等。产生妇科护理安全隐患的主要原因是医院对于妇科护理安全工作没有足够的重视、医护人员的人力不足,经常出现各种失误,患者自身不配合治疗和护理,影响治疗的效果等。妇科护理安全隐患的主要应对策略是改善医院的护理条件、增强护理人员业务素质,并教育患者增强自身安全防范意识。

Although many hospitals have given great attention to gynecological care and continued to improve the nursing conditions, still a lot of potential security risks have existed, which has caused a great threat to the safety of care and the safety problems, so that disputes between doctors and patients have appeared frequently. The common nursing safety hazards in gynecological care process are mechanical damage, drug injury, and the security risks resulted from the patient＇s physical and mental changes. The main causes of hidden dangers in gynecological care are the insufficient attention for gynecological care safety work in hospital, lack of medical staff, and various errors too often, the patient＇s not cooperating with the treatment and care, affecting the effectiveness of treatment. The main coping strategies of security risks in gynecological care are to improve the hospital care conditions, to enhance the quality of care workers, and to educate patients to enhance their awareness of security.
