摘要
目的探讨新疆某三甲综合医院护理人员同情心疲乏的现状。方法采用分层整群抽样方法 ,选取2017年1—3月抽取新疆医科大学第一附属医院所有在岗护士200名,采用专业生活品质量表开展问卷调查。结果同情心疲乏的总分为(201.90±10.65)分,条目均分为,继发性创伤应激(46.72±12.36)分、工作倦怠(49.27±10.79)分、同情心满足(139.43±6.51)分。不同护龄、专业兴趣、学历及年龄同情心疲乏的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中护龄时工作倦怠得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);专业兴趣方面,工作倦怠得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),无兴趣得分最高。本科及以上学历得分低于中专及大专(P<0.05)。年龄继发性创伤应激、工作倦怠得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人员同情心疲乏受多种因素影响,应提高护士的共情能力,促进护士的心理健康。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the status quo of sympathy fatigue among nurses in a general hospital of first rate and level three in Xinjiang. Methods 200 nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to March 2017 were selected to do the questionnaire survey of using the quality of life questionnaire. Results The total score for compassion fatigue was(201.90±10.65)points; the mean score of each item were as follows, the secondary traumatic stress of(46.72±12.36)points, burnout of(49.27±10.79)points, and compassion satisfaction of(139.43±6.51) points.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of sympathy fatigue of different working ages, professional interests, educational background and ages,(P〈0. 05); there were significant differences in the scores of professional interests and job burnout(P〈0. 05); the scores of job burnout were statistically higher without any interests(P〈0. 05). The score of bachelor degree or above was lower than the secondary and junior college(P〈0. 05). There were statistically significant differences in age, secondary trauma stress and job burnout score(P〈0. 05). Conclusion There are many factors influencing the compassion fatigue among nursing staff, and the empathy ability of nurses should be improved and the mental health of nurses should be promoted.
