摘要
通过建立数学模型,模拟计算浮法玻璃窑炉内的燃烧、配合料、玻璃液状况,研究不同宽度的冷却部对玻璃窑炉内温度、速度、能耗和玻璃质量的影响。计算结果与实际数吻合度较好,能够为窑炉的优化设计提供参考依据。
Based on mathematical models, the combustion, batch, glass melting are simulated. The effects of different widths of working end on the temperature, velocity, energy consumption and glass quality of float glass furnace are investigated. The calculation results are in line with the actual situation in the furnace and provide a reference for the optimization design ofthe furnace.
