The way of developing He′nan's information industry after entering WTO

加入WTO对我国信息产业既有机遇也有挑战。针对我省信息产业发展的实际情况,应积极采取如下应对措施以促进河南信息产业的发展:制定新政策,与WTO实现接轨;调整产业结构,增强河南信息产业的国际竞争力;实施大集团战略;拓宽融资渠道,加强对外合作;巩固国内市场,开发国际市场;建立企业技术创新体系;大力培养和造就信息产业人才,形成吸引人才、留住人才的局面。

Our information industry faces to both chances and challenges after entering WTO. Considering at the actual situation of He'nan's information industry, the following step should be taken to promote the deve-lopment of He'nan's information industry:draw up new policies to adapt to WTO;adjust industry structure;to strengthen the international competence of He'nan's information industry; implement the strategy of bloc; enlarge the channel of finance and enhancing expernal cooperation; consolidate domestic market and develop abroad market; set up the system of industry technique; foster and train talented men of information industy to engender the prospect of attracting and detaining talented men.
