CCR7和L-选择素在口腔扁平苔藓中的表达及意义

摘要 目的检测CC类趋化因子受体7(CCR7)和L-选择素在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学检测技术检测并比较CCR7和L-选择素蛋白在30例OLP患者(OLP组)及30例健康自愿捐献者(NOM组)的口腔黏膜组织中的表达,并分析两者相关性。结果 OLP患者的口腔黏膜组织中,CCR7和L-选择素阳性表达主要定位在固有层淋巴细胞胞膜上。在口腔黏膜上皮层,OLP组与NOM组CCR7、L-选择素的阳性表达率及表达分布差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);固有层,OLP组口腔黏膜CCR7、L-选择素的阳性表达率均高于NOM组(P均<0.05),两组CCR7、L-选择素表达分布差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。OLP组患者的口腔黏膜固有层中,CCR7和L-选择素蛋白的表达成正相关(rs=0.564,P=0.01)。结论 CCR7和L-选择素在OLP的发病过程中起一定作用。 Objective To detect the expression of CCR7 and L-selection in the lesions of oral lichen planus(OLP)and normal oral mucosa(NOM). Methods The expression of CCR7 and L-selection protein levels in tissues of 30 OLP cases and 30 NOM cases were observed using immunohistochemistry,the correlation of CCR7 and L-selection in OLP was analyzed. Results In the oral mucosa of the OLP group,the positive expression of CCR7 and L-selection were located in cell membranes of leukomonocyte,and mainly distributed in the lamina propria. In the epithelial layer of the oral mucosa,the positive expression of CCR7 and L-selection had no significance(P〈0.05)in the OLP group and NOM group. But in the lamina propria,both the protein expression of CCR7 and L-selection of the OLP group were all significantly higher than those in the normal group(P〈0.05),and the expression profiles in theses two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). In the lamina propria of the OLP group,the protein expression levels of CCR7 and L-selection are positively correlated(rs=0.564,P=0.01). Conclusion CCR7 and L-selection are involved in the pathogenesis of OLP.
