视觉反馈受力平板训练联合生物反馈功能性电刺激对老年跌倒患者静态平衡的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察视觉反馈受力平板训练联合生物反馈功能性电刺激对有跌倒史的老年患者静态平衡的影响。方法将120例老年患者随机分为2组,干预组60例,对照组60例。对照组予常规平衡训练;干预组在常规平衡训练的基础上加视觉反馈受力平板训练和生物反馈功能性电刺激。治疗前及治疗3个疗程后评估所有患者的Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)、Barthel指数(Barthel index,BI)和静态平衡中心压力指标,同时随访期患者的跌倒发生率。结果训练后干预组的BBS和BI改善优于对照组,BBS(12.63%vs 7.71%,P<0.05),BI(3.41%vs 0.22%,P<0.05)。2组训练后静态平衡中心压力均减少,且干预组减少较对照组明显。在6个月随访期间,干预组跌倒发生率和损伤性跌倒发生率均较对照组低,跌倒发生率(13.3%vs 28.3%,P<0.05),损伤性跌倒发生率(8.3%vs 21.7%,P<0.05)。结论视觉反馈受力平板训练联合生物反馈功能性电刺激能改善老年跌倒患者的静态平衡能力,有效降低跌倒的发生率。 Objective To observe the effect of vision feedback training plus biofeedback and functional electric stimu-lation (BFES) on the static balance of the elderly with fall. Methods 120 elderly were randomly divided into2 groups: in-tervention group and control group, 60 in each; routine balance training was performed on the elderly in both groups whilevision feedback training plus BFES was added to the elderly in intervention group; observation and evaluation were made tothe Berg balance scale (BBS), Barthel index (BI) and the central pressure index of static balance of the elderly in bothgroups before training and after 3 courses of training, as well as to the occurrence of fall in all the elderly during the follow-up. Results After training, the improvement of BBS and BI in intervention group was superior to that in control group: BBS(12.63% 7.71%, 〈0.05) and BI (3.41% 0.22%, 〈0.05); the central pressure of static balance dropped downafter training in both groups, which was more obvious in intervention group than in control group; during the 6 months offollow-up, the occurrence of fall and that of injury fall in intervention group were lower than those in control group: the oc-currence of fall (13.3% 28.3%, 〈0.05) and the occurrence of injury fall (8.3% 21.7%, 〈0.05). ConclusionsVision feedback training plus BFES can improve the static balance of the elderly with fall and can decrease the occurrence offall effectively.
