结果:B组患儿的血清CRP与WBC水平较A组、C组及对照组高(P<0.05),C组患儿的血清CRP与WBC水平较A组和对照组高(P<0.05),且A组患儿的血清CRP水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。
Objective:To analyze the detective value of the values of the serum CRP and WBC in bronchial asthma children complicated with infection. Methods:Clinical data of 84 children with bronchial asthma was retrospectively analyzed, including group A (bronchial asthma children,30 cases),group B (bronchial asthma children complicated with bacterial infection,28 cases) and group C (bronchial asthma children complicated with mycoplasma pneumonia,26 cases).28 healthy children at the same time were chosen as the control group. The general information and the levels of CRP and WBC before and after treatment in four groups were compared. Results:The levels of CRP and WBC in group B were obviously higher than those in group A,group C and the control group (P〈0.05),the levels of CRP and WBC in group C were obviously higher than those in group A and the control group (P〈0.05),and the levels of CRP in group A was higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05).The levels of CRP and WBC in group A,group B and group C after treatment were all obviously higher than those in the same group before treatment (P〈0.05),and the levels of CRP and WBC in group B were obviously higher than those in group A and group C after treatment (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of CRP and WBC in bronchial asthma children complicated with infection could help to identify the clinical identification and prognosis of pediatric asthma children, which is worth promoting.
