益生菌辅助早期肠内营养对老年脓毒症患者血清炎性因子水平的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨添加益生菌辅助早期肠内营养对老年脓毒症患者血清炎性因子表达水平的影响。方法:分析122例老年脓毒症患者的临床资料,随机将入选者分成观察组(益生菌+早期肠内营养)和对照组(早期肠内营养),每组61例。比较两组患者治疗前后血清炎性因子水平变化及治疗后的总有效率。结果:治疗后,两组患者各项炎性因子水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组患者各项炎性因子水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率(93.4%)明显高于对照组(75.4%)(χ~2=7.543,P=0.006)。结论:益生菌辅助早期肠内营养支持治疗可以明显降低老年脓毒症患者的血清炎性因子水平,临床效果显著,值得推广。 Objective:To analyze the influence of early enteral nutrition with added probiotics on the serum inflammatory factors of elderly patients with sepsis.Methods:Clinical data of 122 patients with sepsis were divided into observe group (early enteral nutrition with added probiotics) and control group (early enteral nutrition) by random,each group had 61 cases.The levels of the inflammatory factors before and after treatment and the total effective rate in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of the inflammatory factorsin two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment (P〈0.05).The levels of the inflammatory factors in observe group were obviously lower than those in control group after treatment (P〈0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group (93.4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.4%) (χ^2= 7.543,P = 0.006).Conclusion:The early enteral nutrition with added probiotics could significantly decrease the levels of inflammatory factors of the patients with sepsis,and its clinical effect is obvious,which is worthy promoting.
