产前超声检查诊断胎儿单脐动脉左右分型的临床价值

Diagnostic value of antenatal ultrasound examination in the types of fetal single umbilical artery

目的:探讨产前超声检查对胎儿单脐动脉左右分型的诊断价值。方法:对89例确诊的单脐动脉胎儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:左脐动脉缺失比例为46.07%,右脐动脉缺失比例为53.93%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);早孕期左脐动脉缺失比例(16.67%)明显低于右脐动脉缺失比例(83.33%)(P<0.05);右脐动脉缺失的心脏畸形和中枢神经畸形发生率均明显高于左脐动脉缺失的发生率(P<0.05)。结论:利用产前超声诊断,能够高效发现胎儿单脐动脉问题。

Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of antenatal ultrasound examination of the types of fetal single umbilical artery.Methods：The clinical data of 89 infants diagnosed single umbilical artery were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The ratio of left umbilical artery deletion was 46.07%,and that of the right umbilical artery was 53.93%,the difference was not statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The ratio of left umbilical artery deletion was 16.67% in early pregnancy,evidently lower than the 83.33% of right umbilical artery （P〈0.05）.Infants with deletion of right umbilical artery were prominently higher than those with deletion of left umbilical artery in the occurrence rates of cardiac anomalies and central nervous system abnormality （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of antenatal ultrasound diagnosis can efficiently found the problems in infantile single umbilical artery.
