体育社团社会资本实证研究——以广州市单项体育协会为例

Empirical Research on Sports Association Social Capital——A Case Study of Single Event Sports Association of Guangzhou

主要采用问卷调查法与理论分析法,以广州市单项体育协会为例,对其体育社团社会资本的现状进行了测量与分析。结果发现,广州市体育社团社会资本平均分为63.7分,其中结构型社会资本平均分为41.9分,关系型社会资本平均分为72.0分,认知型社会资本平均分为71.4分。研究认为,影响体育社团社会资本生成的外在环境因素包括政府管理体制、公民社会发育程度、法制建设状况,内在发展因素包括社团结构、专职人员、制度文化、发展能力及项目类型。

Questionnaire and theoretical analysis were made to reveal the present situation of sports association＇s social capital taking in Guangzhou single project＇s sports association as an example.The results showed that the average score of sports association＇s social capital of Guangzhou city was 63.7 points.The average scores of the structural social capital,relational social capital and cognitive social capital were 41.9 points,72 points and 71.4 points respectively.The main factors influencing the formation of sports association social capital included external environmental as the government management system on sports association,civil society development and the condition of legal system,and internal structure,full-time staff,institutional culture,development capability and event types of sports association.
