A Rational Reflection on Development of Campus Football in China in New Period

研究认为要正确处理好校园足球发展过程中资源供给与配置行政化和市场化之间的矛盾、客观规律与主观意愿之间的矛盾、顶层设计普及性与具体落实差别性之间的矛盾、内部需求与外部环境之间的矛盾和主管部门与实施部门职能错位与互补不足的矛盾等,只有破除障碍,打通堵点,校园足球才能步入持续健康发展的康庄大道,真正完成其本质任务和目标。

In China,campus football has been greatly promoted under the leadership of the national authorities and relative departments,a series of important instructions and policies have been made.Campus football has made great progress.However,there is still a long way for campus football to develop healthily and fulfill its objectives through resolving contradictions between resource supply and administrative and market-oriented allocation,between objective laws and subjective willing,between top design and practice,internal needs and external environment,collaboration of administrative departments.
