港口清洁能源应用的节能减排效果分析

本文讨论了清洁能源在港口的应用。以宁波港股份有限公司北仑第二集装箱(以下称"北二集司")码头清洁能源应用为例,采用能源替代比较法和排放因子法相结合,分析了清洁能源替代柴油和岸电的节能与减排效果,得出了清洁能源在集装箱码头应用技术成熟、节能减排效果良好的结论,可以为清洁能源在港口的推广应用提供借鉴。同时,为了推广LNG和岸电的使用,建议不将其纳入港口能耗统计范围内。

This paper discusses the application of clean energy technology in ports.Using Ningbo port Co.Ltd.Beilun second container terminal branch as an example,we use standard coal equivalent coefficient method and emission factor calculation method for calculation,we analyze the effect of energy saving and emission reduction by clean energy alternative to diesel effect,conclude that the application of clean energy technology in the container terminal is mature,and can achieve effect of energy-saving and emission reduction.This paper can provide a reference for the promotion and application of clean energy in ports.
