摘要 进气系统是发动机的重要组成部分,进气性能严重影响了发动机和整车的性能,因此设计充气效率高的进气系统是汽车工程和学术界长期以来追求的目标。利用GT-power建立了某4缸汽油发动机的工作过程模型,在验证了该模型的准确性后,通过对进气系统管道长度与直径的改变,找出了充气效率的影响规律,对进气系统进行了优化,并验证了该优化方案的准确性。 Intake system is an important part of the engine,and the performance of the engine and the performance of the vehicle is seriously affected by the intake system. The design of the intake system with high efficiency is the goal which the automobile engineering and the academic circles have been pursuing. This paper establishes a simulation model of a 4 cylinder gasoline engine working process by using GT-power software to verify the accuracy of the simulation model,to accelerate the charging efficiency condition and speed of the engine by changing the length and diameter of pipeline simulation of intake system,and it finds out the influence of the optimized intake system and verifies the accuracy of this optimized system.
