摘要 EFB蓄电池与AGM蓄电池是目前大规模应用在混合动力车型上的两种具有怠速启停功能和能量回收功能的铅酸蓄电池,由于EFB蓄电池与AGM蓄电池结构形式不同,导致其应用环境和性能特性均有所不同。以12 V汽车用怠速启停功能蓄电池为背景,对AGM蓄电池和EFB蓄电池在混合动力汽车上应用时的应用环境、性能和成本进行了对比分析。指出在混合动力汽车起动用怠速启停蓄电池的选型设计中,要结合工作环境、成本、车型功能定位的综合性评价,选用不同的经济而又合理的设计形式。 EFB and AGM are two kinds of battery lead-acid battery with idle start stop function and energy recovery function, which have been large-scale applied in the hybrid electric vehicles.Because of different structures,it results that their application environment and characteristics of performance are different. Based on 12 V automobile battery of idle start and stop function,the application environment and performance cost of AGM and EFB batteries in the hybrid electric vehicles were compared and analyzed. According to comprehensive evaluation of the working environment,cost and functional orientation of the Hybrid Electric Vehicles,it is pointed out that different economic and reasonable form of design is selected in the design of the starting battery of the idle start and stop function.
