一种金属薄壳膨胀系统动态特性研究

摘要 基于非线性动力学有限元程序LS-DYNA,对某金属薄壳膨胀系统动态膨胀过程进行了数值模拟,分析了非均布内压载荷参数对该系统膨胀特性的影响,获得了内压载荷参数对系统膨胀特性的影响规律。在此基础上,提出了一种调节膨胀系统内压载荷的基本方法,使得外围刚体具有较好的运动速度及姿态。最后,在相同的非均布内压载荷下,分析了系统中各子部件对金属薄壳膨胀系统动态特性的影响,给出了其对金属薄壳及外围多刚体动态变形及运动的影响规律。 The dynamic expansion process of a metal shell expansion system is numerically simulated with the LS-DYNA non-linear and dynamic finite program. Then,the effect of non-uniform internal pressure on the expansion characteristics of the system is analyzed,and the influence of the internal pressure load parameters on the expansion characteristics of the system is obtained. On this foundation,a method to adjust the load parameter of internal pressure in expansion system is put forward,which makes the peripheral rigid body have better movement speed and attitude. Finally,under a non-uniform internal pressure, the influence of each sub component on dynamic characteristics of metal shell expansion system is studied, and the influence law of dynamic deformation and motion of metal shell and multi rigid body is obtained.
