Analysis of Influence of High Altitude Environment on Lubricating Oil for Ground Equipment

高海拔地区气候环境恶劣,地面装备润滑油常见黏度、闪点、酸碱值等指标变化剧烈,严重影响油品使用寿命,进而导致装备故障。因此,针对高海拔地区地面装备研发、选型配套润滑油意义重大。开展此项工作除明确装备高原工况外,还需分析环境影响油品指标情况。以高海拔地区为研究对象,分析了海拔高度对环境参数及对地面装备润滑油性能指标的影响,并对润滑油选用提出初步建议,为地面装备润滑油选型配套后续工作提供参考。

The harsh weather is common at high altitude area. Viscosity,flash point,acid value and base number of lubricating oil,which was used on ground equipment,changes sharply,and affects the oil life seriously,and causes the equipment failure. Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research and selection of lubricating oil in high altitude area. To carry out this work,it not only needs to clear the working conditions of equipment,but also needs to analyze the environment impacts on oil index. In this paper,high altitude area is chosen as the research object. This paper analyzes theinfluence of altitude on the environmental parameters and the performance index of ground equipment lubricating oil. It also puts forward some suggestions for the selection of lubricating oil,which provides references for the follow up work of lubricating oil selection.
