摘要 目的:了解样本医院抗菌药物品种配备情况,为各医疗机构及部门抗菌药物的临床应用监管提供依据。方法:依托某区域抗菌药物临床应用监测数据管理中心,统计分析全国156所综合性医院抗菌药物品种配备的情况。结果:这些医院配备的抗菌药物涉及11个大类,150个品种,470个品规,2242个产品。结论:样本医院配备的抗菌药物品种范围较广,应注意应用的安全风险并合理优化品种结构。 Objective:To investigate antibacterials stock in the sample hospitals,so as to provide solid evidence for the monitoring and control of antibacterials in clinical application by medical institutions and administrative departments.Methods:With the support from the monitoring and control center of antibacterials in clinical application,the status of antibacterials stock in 156 hospitals was statistically analyzed.Results:The antibacterials stock of these hospitals included 11 categories containing 150 varieties and 470 items,totaling 2242 products.Conclusion:The antibacterials stock in the sample hospitals was wide and varied.Attention should be paid to safety risks and the structure of various antibacterials should be optimized.
