Determinationof Volatile Components in Magnolia Officinalis by Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction Coupled with Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

摘要 目的:采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱联用技术分析测定川厚朴挥发性化学成分。方法:利用气相色谱峰面积归一法测定各组分的相对质量分数。结果:从川厚朴生品和炮制品挥发性成分分离鉴定出39和47个色谱峰,分别占挥发油总峰面积的97.399%和96.064%。结论:顶空固相微萃取和气相色谱质谱联用法具有简便、实用、快速、灵敏的优点,可应用于厚朴挥发性成分的研究。 Objective:To analyze the volatile constituents of Magnolia officinalis by headspace solid phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods:therelative mass fraction of each component was determined by gas chromatography peak area normalization method.Results:39 and 47 chromatographic peaks were separated from volatile components of crude and processed products,which accounted for 97.399% and 96.064% of the total peak area of volatile oil,respectively.Conclusion:Headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are simple,practical,rapid and sensitive,and can be applied to the study of volatile components in Magnolia officinalis.
