Objective:To study the effect of hierarchical nursing management on hypertensive patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors. Methods:Drawing on the past two years(2015~2017 years)to our hospital for treatment of hypertension combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,The number is 80,The selected patients were equally divided into two groups,Traditional methods of nursing included a group of patients(control group),The remaining group received stratified care management(observation group),Then the blood pressure standard, the risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the number of patients with recurrence of the disease and the type and frequency of complications were observed. Results:The majority of patients under hierarchical nursing management had stable blood pressure at normal levels,Comparisons were made between patients treated with traditional methods of care,The effect of blood pressure control is obviously better,The risk factors are also less obvious,Follow up survey showed,Under the hierarchical nursing management, the number of patients with recurrent disease and re admission treatment,as well as the occurrence of complications in patients with the control group were significantly less. Conclusion:Implement hierarchical nursing management,The patient's blood pressure can be kept within a safe range,It can also reduce the risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the recurrence of the disease, and has a significant effect.
