3295名海南居民精神卫生与心理保健知识知晓情况分析

Analysis aboutsituation of Mental Health and Psychological Health Knowledge on 3295 Hainan Residents

目的:了解海南居民精神卫生与心理保健知识知晓情况,为当地卫生部门更好地开展精神卫生宣教工作提供科学依据。方法:采用横断面研究方法对海南省3295名居民进行问卷调查。结果:精神卫生与心理保健知识总分为11.97±3.17分,男11.87±3.10分,女12.07±3.23分,差异无统计学意义(t=-1.82,P=0.69)。在不同年龄(F=138.311,P=0.000)、文化程度(F=128.51,P=0.000)、家庭类型(F=14.46,P=0.000)、近期有无健康体检(t=8.56,P=0.000)、家族三代是否有心理疾患(t=3.78,P=0.000)、是否进行自我体检(t=13.80,P=0.000)方面的差异有统计学意义。结论:海南省精神卫生与心理保健知识知晓率60.32%,相对较好,但仍需加大支持力度,落实推动社区卫生服务对基层精神卫生与心理保健知识的宣传教育。

Objective:Learn knowledge of psychological and mental health situation of Hainan residents,improving mental health level of the population specificly for local health departments.Methods:A questionnaire survey was carried out among the 3295 residents in Hainan province,with cross-sectional study.Results:Mental health and mental health knowledge total score of(11.97±3.17)min,and the male was(11.87±3.10)min,the female was(12.07±3.23)min,the difference was not statistically significant(t=-1.822,P=0.69).At different ages(F=138.311,P=0.000),different character(F=16.681,P=0.000),education level(F=128.509,P=0.000),family type(F=14.455,P=0.000),recent have healthy(F=73.328,P=0.000),three generations of the family if there are psychological disorders(F=14.310,P=0.000),self-healthy(F= 190.337,P=0.000).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors into the regression equations with SCL-90 scores,education,self-health checks,age,personality,family for three generations or without mental illness,physical examination,the biggest factor was the role of education.Conclusion:Hainan psychological situation and mental health awareness rate 60.32% was relatively good,but still need to strengthen support to promote the implementation of grass-roots community health services for mental health and mental health knowledge propaganda and education.
