摘要
以典型模块通过自行式模块运输车(SPMT)装船过程为研究对象,通过将液压系统简化为3点等效支撑,计算SPMT在模块发生重心偏移前后的稳定性,考虑模块及SPMT实际刚度并利用SACS软件将垫墩模拟为仅可承受轴向压缩的GAP单元,计算SPMT及模块的整体结构响应。结果表明,模块重心变化对SPMT稳定性影响显著,利用SACS软件可以模拟模块装船过程的整体结构响应,装船过程中的模块和SPMT变形对结构完整性有重要影响。
The typical module load-out process with SPMT( self-propelled modular transporter) was researched. Through simplifying hydraulic jack-up system as equivalent tri-point support,the SPMT's stability was calculated with and without module center of gravity offset. With actual stiffness of module and SPMT considered and cushion blocks simulated as only-compression GAP elements in SACS package,the global structure response including SPMT and module was calculated. The results showed that effects of module center of gravity shift on SPMT's stability are prominent,SACS package is capable of simulating the global structure response in module load-out process,deflection of module and SPMT presents significant effects on structure integrity during load-out.
