摘要
针对海洋平台模块钻机钻井过程中发生的振动问题,以锦州25-1南油田某模块钻机为例,基于SACS结构分析程序对钻机结构振动特性进行计算分析,主要包括钻机整体结构自振特性以及主要振动设备支撑结构局部自振特性,为解决大型振动设备与结构共振问题提供分析基础及数据参考。
The vibration problem of the modular drilling rig( MDR) of offshore fixed platform in the progress of drilling was analyzed. Taking MDR of Jinzhou 25-1 south oilfield as example,the structural vibration characteristics of MDR were computed by SACS,including modal analysis for the whole structure and local structure used for supporting the vibration equipment. It can provide foundation of analysis and reference data for solve the resonance problem between vibration equipment and supporting structure.
