6种杀菌剂对苹果蝇粪病菌室内毒力测定

摘要 目的寻找防治苹果蝇粪病的新型低毒高效杀菌剂。方法选择4种三唑类和2种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,运用菌丝生长速率法,对苹果蝇粪病菌进行了室内毒力测定。结果氟硅唑EC50为0.320 0μg·mL^(-1),抑菌效果最好;其次是硝苯菌酯、抑霉唑和苯醚甲环唑,EC50分别为0.410 0μg·mL^(-1)、0.620 0μg·mL^(-1)和0.800 0μg·mL^(-1),再次是四氟咪唑,EC50为6.250 0μg·mL^(-1);吡唑醚菌酯抑菌效果最差,EC50为15.000 0μg·mL^(-1)。结论推荐用氟硅唑、硝苯菌酯、抑霉唑和苯醚甲环唑防治苹果蝇粪病。 Objective To screen novel high efficiency fungicides with low toxicity for the treatment of apple flyspeck.Method By means of mycelium growth,4triazoles and 2strobilurins were selected into toxicological test against apple flyspeck in vitro.Results The EC50 of flusilazole,0.3200μg·mL^(-1),showed the best inhibiting effect;and the next were famoxadone,imazalil and difenoconazole,with EC500.4100μg·mL^(-1),0.6200μg·mL^(-1) and 0.8000μg·mL^(-1),respectively;and the third was tetraconazole,with EC506.2500μg·mL^(-1),and the EC50 of pyraclostrobin,15.0000μg·mL^(-1),presented the worst inhibiting effect.Conclusion Flusilazole,famoxadone,imazalil and difenoconazole were recommended for the control of apple flyspeck.
