The Interview with PAN Jixing

潘吉星是享誉国际的中国科技史家.在这篇访谈录中,他回顾了关于中外交流与四大发明、宋应星与《天工开物》、化学家卡尔·肖莱马(Carl Schorlemmer,1834-1892)的研究,追忆了与李约瑟、薮内清等人的交集以及一些往事.

Mr.Pan Jixing is an internationally renowned historians on Chinese history of science and technology.In this interview,Mr.Pan reviewed the previous research,such as the relationship between foreign exchange and cooperation and China Ancient Four Inventions,Song Yingxing and his " Heavenly Creations(TIAN GONG KAI WU)",and the research on the chemist Carl Schorlemmer(1834-1892).In addition,Mr.Pan recall the association with Joseph Needham and Yabuuchi Kiyoshi,and other past events.
