摘要
Al-Zn合金是一种极具发展潜力的合金,综合性能优良.它具有良好的力学性能和低的磨损系数,耐磨损,可以替代资源稀缺而又价格昂贵的青铜或者黄铜零件,在各行各业中被广泛使用.随着Al-Zn合金的快速发展,人们希望得到性能更好的Al-Zn合金.通过实验研究发现,在AlZn合金中加入微量的稀土元素能够细化合金晶粒,抑制铝硅化合物的生长,改善合金的微观组织和性能,提高Al-Zn合金的抗拉强度以及硬度.
Aluminum-zinc alloy is a kind of promising alloy,and it has superior comprehensive property.It has a good mechanical property and low coefficient of friction,wear resistant,Aluminum-zinc alloy could supersede some components that be made of bronze or brass witch is expensive and scarce,and be widely used in all walks of life.Along with the development of Aluminum-zinc alloy,people hopes to get the Aluminumzinc alloy that its properties is better.Via the experimental study we found,adding few rare-earth to the Aluminum-zinc alloy when metal smelting makes the grain thinning,inhibiting the growth of aluminum and silicon compounds and improving the microstructure and properties of Aluminum-zinc alloy,raising Aluminumzinc alloy's tensile strength and rigidity.
