摘要
人才对于企业特别是民营企业的重要作用已不言而喻。建立一支适合民营企业的人才梯队是企业人力资源战略规划的首要任务,也是企业发展特别是实体企业发展的核心战略之一。它关系到企业的兴衰成败。论文探讨了企业人才梯队建立的重要性,并在分析其内在关系基础上提出了相关建议,希望能对民营企业在制定人力资源规划时有所帮助。
The important role of talents for enterprises has been self-evident, especially the private enterprises. The establishment of a talent echelon suitable for private enterprises is the primary task of the strategic planning of human resources, and also one of the core strategies for the development of enterprises, especially the development of entity enterprises. It relates to the rise and fall of an enterprise.This paper discusses the importance of the establishment of enterprise talent echelon, and puts forward relevant suggestions based on the analysis of its internal relationship, hoping to provide help for private enterprises in the formulation of human resources planning.
