摘要
现如今,信息技术发展迅速,工程项目管理信息化是工程项目管理发展的必然趋势。论文简要介绍了工程项目管理系统的概念及其在石化工程中的应用目的,并对工程项目管理系统的应用进行了分析,最后提出了几点提高工程项目管理系统应用效率的措施,希望能够促进工程项目管理系统的应用。
Nowadays, the development of information technology is rapid, engineering project management information is the inevitable trend of the development of project management. This paper briefly introduces the concept of engineering project management system and its application in petrochemical engineering, and analyzes the application of engineering project management system. Finally, it puts forward some measures to improve the application efficiency of engineering project management system, hoping to promote the project application of project management system.
