A公司在亚太区的物流中心为亚太区的机器销售提供售后零备件的物流服务。在其核心领域内,在过去的一年中,该服务涉及的物料项数为10527项。为了更好地管理和及时地调整库存水平以应对市场需求的变化,A公司期望从区分出关键物料与非关键物料的研究出发,为关键物料找寻合适的库存水平调整方法。论文以ABC分类法作为基本方法,将库存的两大指标——库存满足率与库存成本纳入范围,讨论库存分类;进而引入历史销量模型和物料的成本价格,确定库存水平管理中的关键物料。
The logistics center of company A provides the logistics service for the sales of spare parts for machinery sales in the Asia-Pacific region. During the past 12 months, the service covered 10527 items in its core business. In order to better manage and adjust inventory levels in time to cope with changes in market demand, company A expects to find the appropriate inventory level adjustment method for key materials from the research of key materials and non-critical materials. The study will start from the activity based classification concept, take stock availability and inventory cost into consideration to discuss the inventory classification, then introduce the historical sales model and material cost price to determine key materials in inventory management.
