社会转型期我国道德法律化的路径探析

在我国当前的法制化发展中,道德法律化显得尤为重要,有很多法治观念弱化的人都会将道德法律化与道德和法律的关系进行混淆。但是,在我国社会转型期的特殊背景下,道德法律化是一个单独的个体,不同于其他法律,相关法律界人士应当从实际出发,采取更为严谨且准确的态度对其进行路径探析。论文主要针对改善新时期下我国道德法律化的现状提出几点可行性的建议,旨在为我国道德法律化的发展提供帮助。

Nowadays, in the current legal development of our country, the legalization of morality is particularly important. Many people who are weakened by the rule of law will confuse moral law with the relationship between morality and law. However, the moral legalization is an individual, and different from other laws, under the special background of social transformation in our country, the relevant legal profession should proceed from the reality, take a more rigorous and accurate attitude to explore its path. This paper mainly aims at improving the present situation of moral legalization in China in the new period, and puts forward some feasible suggestions, aiming at providing help for the development of moral legalization in china.
