浅谈机械制造企业生产现场的安全管理

Discussion on Safety Management of Production Site in Machinery Manufacturing Enterprise

近几年中,我国机械制造生产企业相继发生了几起重大安全责任事故,如:2016年4月13日东莞东江口预制构件厂发生起重机倾覆重大安全事故、2014年8月2日江苏省昆山市中荣金属制品企业发生重大铝粉尘爆炸安全事故。面对频频发生的安全事故,机械制造企业需要怎样做到安全防范事故发生?笔者总结多年安全管理经验,在文中针对几点主要内容进行了详细阐述,分别是领导重视、员工自我保护以及管理的方式方法等。

In recent years, several major safety accidents have occurred in China's machinery manufacturing enterprises, such as major safety accidents of crane overturning in Dongguan Dongjiang Prefabricated Component Factory on April 13, 2016; a major aluminum dust explosion occurred in Zhorgrong Metal Products Company of Kunshan City Jiangsu Province on August 2, 2014. Facing the frequent safety accidents, how can mechanical manufacturing enterprises prevent accidents? The author summarizes years of safety management experience, in this paper, several main contents are described in detail,they are respectively the leadership attention, employee self-protection and management methods, etc.
